About the book

Elina is a twenty-year-old girl who is searching for her purpose in life. Deep within, she harbors feelings of anger and
frustration against her parents with whom she has always had a difficult relationship. She believes her parents are
responsible for her emotional torment. But as Elina journeys through The Forgotten World, the hope of a brighter future
becomes clearer due in part to Dan, who she finds herself falling in love with despite her resolve not to become involved with
him.

Dan is thirty-two and manages a chain of hotels owned by his father. When he first sees Elina, strange new feelings overtake
him without warning. He soon realizes that she is the one he desires to spend the rest of his life with, but her mood swings
and confused state of mind exasperate him continually.

The Forgotten World is a place linked to Earth by a mysterious connection. One world cannot exist without the other. Positive
and negative energies from both worlds interact with each other, and as a result affect the events that occur in both places.
Elina and Dan are called into The Forgotten World to help as it is about to be conquered by a creature from the Dark Light,
called the King of the Bruttomals. As Dan and Elina journey through The Forgotten World, they encounter beings from the
Light that help them complete their task.
